Job Shadowing

Welcome to the Job Shadowing Resources Page!

On this page, you'll find all of the electronic resources students, parents, and job shadowing hosts will need to document a student's job shadowing experience.  The required forms are numbered in the order they are due below.

Required ONE WEEK before the job shadowing experience:

Student Planning Form (Should be completed by the student.)

Parent Permission Form (Should be completed by the parent.)

Required ONE WEEK after the job shadowing experience:  

Student Reflection Form (Should be completed by the student.)  

Employer Evaluation Form (Should be completed by the job shadowing host.)

Please note that in order for your absence to be coded as excused for job shadowing, ALL four forms above must be submitted.
